About Foresta-Alert

The Italian Society of Silviculture and Forest Ecology (hereafter: SISEF) disseminates information such as content alerts, information on upcoming initiatives, scientific meetings, sectorial news, etc. through e-mail to the subscribers of the SISEF on-line services. Subscribers are expected to receive on average 2/3 e-mail messages per month to their mailbox.

Subscriptions to the content alert services are collected through suitable on-line forms, where users are requested to provide their personal information and e-mail. By sending such information, subscribers do accept to be included in the SISEF mailing lists and to receive by e-mail the electronic material described above. Personal data maintained in the mailing list may be modified at any time by subscribers by accessing directly to their record upon authentication through suitable web pages.

SISEF will not disclose in any way the subscribers’ information included in the SISEF mailing list to any people, company or third organizations or parties.

 

Privacy Information Statement

In accordance with the guidelines and recommendations set out by the GDPR which came into effect on 25th May 2018, SISEF (publisher of the journal Forest@ - Journal of Silviculture and Forest Ecology), has created a Privacy Information Notice which contains all the information you need to know about how SISEF collects, uses and protects your personal data. Subscribe to Foresta-Alert by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.

    You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
